I’m brand new. Is St Louis REIA right for me?
Yes. Many of our members started with zero properties. Our meetings are designed to be friendly to beginners while still valuable for experienced investors. You’ll hear real-world stories, see actual numbers, and have time to ask questions in plain English.
Do I have to own property to join?
No. You do not need to own property yet. All we ask is that you’re serious about learning and taking action. We also welcome real estate agents, lenders, contractors, and other professionals who support investors.
Can I attend a meeting before I join?
In most cases, yes. Guests are welcome at our main monthly meetings for a small guest fee. This is a great way to experience the group before committing to membership. Check the Events page or contact us to confirm guest access for a specific meeting.
Is this a coaching program or a guru pitch?
No. We are a local, member-supported association. Our goal is to educate, connect, and advocate for investors—not to sell high-ticket coaching. From time to time, we may host outside speakers, but we are very selective and transparent about any offers they make.
Are dues tax-deductible?
